How long does an iPhone screen repair take?

Will Face ID still work after a screen replacement?
Yes. Face ID hardware lives in the front camera module, not the display, and our technicians transfer it carefully during every screen replacement. Face ID and auto-brightness are tested before your phone is handed back.
Why does my iPhone show an "Unknown Part" message after repair?
On newer iPhones, iOS displays an "Unknown Part" notice in Settings when a part wasn't paired through Apple's system. It's informational only — your screen, battery, and Face ID continue to work normally. We explain part options (genuine OEM vs. premium aftermarket) before every repair so you know exactly what to expect.
When should I replace my iPhone battery?
Check Settings → Battery → Battery Health. If Maximum Capacity is below 80%, or your iPhone shuts down unexpectedly or throttles performance, a battery replacement will feel like getting a new phone. Most battery swaps take 15–30 minutes at our shop.
My iPhone won’t charge — is it the port or the battery?
Often it’s the port. Pocket lint gets packed into the Lightning or USB-C port (iPhone 15 and newer use USB-C), the cable stops seating fully, and the phone charges on and off — sometimes a careful cleaning fixes it on the spot. If the port is worn or damaged we replace the charging port, and if the battery is worn out, a new battery is the fix. We check which one it is with a charging-current meter before recommending anything, and the diagnosis is free.
Is my data safe during the repair?
In almost all cases, yes — screen and battery repairs don't touch your data. We still recommend a backup beforehand as a precaution, since no repair is entirely risk-free. If your phone won't turn on, ask about our data recovery service.
