A Galaxy screen isn’t swapped. It’s bonded.

Samsung fuses the AMOLED panel to the frame with adhesive, and on many S-series models the display curves over the edges. Three stages, and none of them can be skipped.

  1. STAGE 01

    Separate

    Controlled heat softens the factory adhesive so the cracked panel lifts away without bending the frame or cutting the flex cables underneath.

    Clean the frame

    Every trace of old adhesive comes off. Leave a ridge behind and the new display sits high on that edge — which is exactly how screens start lifting at the corners.

  3. STAGE 03

    Re-bond & cure

    Fresh adhesive, even pressure across the whole panel, and time to cure. This is the stage that restores the seal — and the stage fast shops skip.

In-display fingerprint only survives on a genuine or high-quality panel, so that’s what we fit — and we test the unlock in front of you.

warningRead this before booking an inner screen repair Once a new inner folding display is fitted, the calibration runs through the outer cover screen. If your cover screen is cracked or dead, that calibration can’t complete — so the inner repair can’t be finished on its own. Both screens have to be replaced together when the cover screen is damaged. We’d rather you hear that on the phone than after the device is open.

Why does a Samsung screen repair take 1–2 hours when an iPhone takes 15 minutes?
Samsung Galaxy phones use AMOLED panels that are factory-bonded to the frame with adhesive. A proper repair means carefully separating the old panel, cleaning the frame, and re-bonding the new display under pressure so it seals correctly. Rushing this step causes lifting screens and broken water resistance — so we take the 1–2 hours to do it right.
Can you replace just the glass, or does the whole screen need replacing?
On nearly all Galaxy models the glass and AMOLED display are fused together at the factory, so a cracked screen means a full display assembly replacement. It costs more than "glass only" ads suggest, but it's the repair that actually lasts — glass-only separation on a bonded AMOLED risks permanent panel damage.
Why do Galaxy S series repairs cost more than A series?
Galaxy S and Z phones use premium Dynamic AMOLED panels — the same display technology tier Samsung supplies for flagship phones industry-wide — plus curved edges on many models that add repair complexity. A series phones use simpler flat panels, so parts cost less. We quote your exact model before any work begins.
Will the in-display fingerprint sensor still work after a screen replacement?
Only if the display is a genuine or high-quality part — that’s not a marketing line, it’s how the hardware works. Cheap aftermarket panels frequently kill ultrasonic and optical fingerprint unlock permanently, and no amount of careful installation brings it back. We use parts that keep the sensor working, tell you which grade we’re fitting before we start, and test fingerprint unlock in front of you at pickup.
Does a cracked back glass actually matter?
More than most people think. A cracked Galaxy back breaks the phone's IP water resistance and can interfere with wireless charging — and cracks spread. Back glass replacement is one of the quicker, more affordable Galaxy repairs, and it restores both.
Will third-party repair affect my Samsung Care+ coverage?
If your Galaxy is still covered by Samsung Care+ or the manufacturer warranty, it's usually worth checking with Samsung first — and we'll tell you honestly when that's your better option. For out-of-warranty phones, which is most of what we see, independent repair is typically faster and significantly cheaper.
Do you repair Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold folding screens?

My Z Fold inner screen is cracked and the cover screen is broken too. Can you just do the inner one?
No — and this one catches people off guard, so here it is up front. Once a new inner folding display goes in, the calibration is performed through the outer cover screen. If that cover screen is damaged, the calibration can’t be completed, which means the inner repair can’t be finished either. When the cover screen is broken, both screens have to be replaced together. We tell you this on the phone before you come in, not after the device is open.
Do you have the part for my Galaxy in stock?
For some models, yes. Galaxy parts are expensive to hold, so apart from a few common models we order your part per repair instead of sitting on inventory — which is also part of how we keep the price sensible. Call with your exact model and we’ll tell you right away whether it’s on the shelf or needs ordering, and how long the order takes. Once the part is here, the repair runs on the timing shown in our turnaround table.
