Hello! I recently dropped my Samsung A16 5g. It really wasn't from a high height, yet the audio got badly damaged. Whenever I use wired headphones, the audio is extremely low and has static. If I want to hear anything I have to put it on full volume. But even then the quality is poor. I know it's not the headphones that are damaged because they worked before the drop. I also tested if the audio with Bluetooth headphones work and they do. The audio is pretty decent. However when I use the regular audio, no headphones, there is static that wasn't there before. I was wondering if it could be possible to repair? With original parts, since I still want the quality of audio the phone came with! Also I'm unsure if this helps with identifying the problem. But my phone still charges too!
Yes, we should be able to repair this for you. If the charging port where your earphones plug in is damaged, it can certainly cause poor audio quality and static. The repair process will take about 1 hour.
Thank you!
