How long does an Apple Watch repair take?

Which Apple Watch models do you repair?
We repair Series 3 through Series 10, Apple Watch SE (1st and 2nd generation), and Apple Watch Ultra & Ultra 2. If you are not sure which model you have, bring it in and we will identify it for free.
My watch stopped showing heart rate readings. Can you fix it?
Yes. Missing heart rate or blood oxygen readings are usually caused by a cracked back crystal or a damaged sensor flex cable. We replace the sensor assembly, reseal the back, and verify readings on the bench before returning your watch.
Is my Apple Watch still water resistant after the repair?
We reseal the display and back crystal with new adhesive, which restores splash and sweat resistance. However, no repaired watch can be guaranteed to match its original factory rating, so we recommend avoiding swimming and diving after repair.
Does my data stay on the watch?
Your data and pairing normally remain intact, since we replace hardware only. We still recommend making sure your iPhone backup is current before any repair. Please bring your passcode — it is required for post-repair function testing.
