Will Face ID still work after a screen replacement?
Yes. Face ID hardware lives in the front camera module, not the display, and our technicians transfer it carefully during every screen replacement. Face ID and auto-brightness are tested before your phone is handed back.
Why does my iPhone show an "Unknown Part" message after repair?
On newer iPhones, iOS displays an "Unknown Part" notice in Settings when a part wasn't paired through Apple's system. It's informational only — your screen, battery, and Face ID continue to work normally. We explain part options (genuine OEM vs. premium aftermarket) before every repair so you know exactly what to expect.
